- Scorching (heat 4 of 5)
Cleopatra and Caesar sets a queen against a general across five CandyShorts episodes under two minutes, with Candy characters in both lead roles. It sits in the Fantasy tag and its heat level is Scorching.
Episode 1 happens in a war tent
Rome is losing ground. Cleopatra's army is pushing toward the river, and Caesar's officers keep bringing bad news to his table.
Cleopatra uses the pause to tempt him. She talks about conquest as if it were a negotiation, and he reminds himself, out loud, that he has a wife and a duty. The episode ends when a messenger reports that the eastern camp has fallen and he sends her away, shaken.
From the official synopsis, episode 2 widens the story: the affair leads to a pregnancy, and Caesar's wife starts plotting revenge with Mark Antony. Expect politics and betrayal, not only desire.
The tone is closer to palace intrigue than to a romance: every scene has someone listening at the edge of it, and the free episode shows how quickly a ruler's own camp can turn into a trap.
Who is in it
Both leads are Candy characters, so there is no AI twin and no licensed star here. The cast is the queen, the general and the rivals around them. If you like crowns and costume drama, Sworn to the Queen is the closest neighbor.
