How to cancel Candy AI and what you keep

You cancel from your account settings on Candy.ai, in the browser. There is no store app to uninstall, because the service runs in the browser and needs no install.

1. Log in to your Candy.ai account.
2. Open the account settings.
3. Choose the cancel option for your Premium plan and confirm.

The wording of the buttons can change, so follow the labels you see. We canceled ourselves: it was quick and free, with no call and no form beyond one confirmation.

Cancel before the renewal date, not after it. A plan renews at the end of its period, whether that period is one month, three months or 12 months.

Your access runs to the last day you paid for. In our case the Premium time and the tokens stayed available until that date, better than most adult sites.

Canceling early costs you no paid time. If you paid for 12 months and cancel in month two, the remaining months still work, and the plan does not renew afterward.

Tokens follow the plan: they lapse when the subscription ends and cannot move to another account, so spend what is left before the date. For rates per episode, see the Candy AI tokens guide.

Ask inside 24 hours of paying, and keep your token use to 20 or fewer. These terms come from EverAI Limited, the company in Malta (registration C107181) behind Candy.ai, checked in November 2026.

Count your spending. Two paid standard episodes cost 2 × 12 = 24 tokens, which already passes the limit. Three paid episodes at 30 tokens would cost 90.

So the refund path fits one situation: you paid, looked around, and changed your mind quickly. If you opened several paid episodes or used the monthly 100 tokens, plan on canceling for the future, not on getting money back.

The charge shows as EverAI, and that is the real operator, not a scam. EverAI Limited runs Candy.ai, so a line with that name after your payment is expected.

Payment processors named in the privacy policy include Emerchantpay, TrustPay, Volt, Coingate and UpGate. One of them can appear near the charge. Payment goes by Visa, MasterCard or crypto.

Our charges and renewals matched what was announced, with the amount from the plan table and no extra line. If a charge looks different from your plan, contact support, which runs through Zendesk.

Canceling a plan stops future charges. It does not erase your data. Under the privacy policy, account data is kept for three years after your last activity, financial data for 10 years and logs for 30 days.

LLM providers can receive the messages you send to characters. If that matters to you, avoid sharing personal details in chat while you hold an account.

Cancel only inside your own account. Pages that promise to cancel for you, recover a refund or give free Premium after you log in are scams. Do not hand over your password or card number to them.

Say you buy the one month plan at $13.99 and watch a five episode series. Episodes 1 and 2 are free, so tokens apply from episode 3 to episode 5: 3 × 12 = 36 of your 100.

You finish in two evenings and cancel on day three. The plan stays active until day 30, you keep the remaining 64 tokens for another series, and no new charge arrives afterward. It is a low commitment way to test Candy.ai.

With the 12 month plan at $47.88, the same cancel button works, but the paid period is far longer. Cancel when you stop using it, not when the year ends, so that renewal does not catch you by surprise.

Cancel as soon as you have finished what you came for. The access stays until the period ends, so canceling today costs you no paid time.

Our take: subscribe for one month if you only want one series, cancel the same day, and enjoy the rest of the period. If you chat with characters across months, the longer plan makes more sense, and you can still cancel at any point.

The free tier covers a guest view of episode 1 and an email sign up for episode 2. It needs no plan, so you can leave a free account untouched.

Cancel in the account settings, expect your time and tokens to last until the period ends, and request a refund inside 24 hours, and only after staying under 20 tokens. The charge appears as EverAI. Pages promising to do it for you are scams.
