Are the characters adults?

Yes. Each character is an adult, and Candy.ai requires users to be 18 or older. Its policy says characters must not resemble minors.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Candy.ai runs in the browser on a computer, an iPhone or an Android phone, and you can add it to the Home Screen from the browser's share or menu button. There is no store app to point to, and any APK file going around is a scam.

What can I watch for free?

In a standard series, the first episode is open to guests, and the second needs a free email sign up, no card. We explain it step by step in watch Candy Shorts free.

Why is episode 3 locked?

From episode 3, a standard series needs Premium plus tokens: 12 per episode, or 30 with a licensed AI twin star. Spicy series are different: Premium opens the first two episodes, then tokens start at episode 3. The full rules live in CandyShorts unlocked.

How long is an episode?

Under two minutes each. A five episode run fits in one short sitting, so you can judge a premise quickly before you spend any tokens.

What does the New badge mean?

On single episodes seen as a guest, it marks locked episodes. It is not news. The badge on the catalog that reads New Episodes is the one that signals a fresh release.

Which series show sex scenes?

Some series contain nudity and sex scenes, and the heat scale tells you which. Our Candy Shorts sex scenes guide has a section for each level and the episode where things start.

What is a Spicy series?

Spicy titles sit behind Premium from the first episode. There are 19 Spicy titles as of November 2026. Our page on Candy Shorts Spicy lists them and the token rates.

How do I find new releases?

What does Premium cost?

There are three plan lengths, and the longer ones cost less per month. Each plan adds 100 tokens a month. Our Candy Shorts Premium guide has the prices and what each plan includes.

How many tokens does an episode take?

It is 12, 30 or 50 depending on the series type and the star. A five episode standard series totals 3 × 12 = 36 tokens. Find the table and examples in the Candy AI tokens guide.

Do tokens expire?

Yes. They end with the subscription and do not transfer, so spend them inside the period you paid for.

Which Candy AI stars have a twin?

Some stars lead series through a licensed AI twin: she licensed her image and did not film the scenes. See Candy AI stars for who they are.

Are there real CandyShorts leaks? Scam or not?

No real leaks exist, and the pages that claim otherwise are scams. Searching Dailymotion and YouTube turned up few real episodes; one episode now and then was reposted on X, and the rest were scams. Is there a safe way to watch for free?

Yes, on Candy.ai itself, through the two free episodes of a standard series. Anything past them costs Premium and tokens.

Who sees my messages?

Per the Candy.ai privacy policy, LLM providers can receive messages you send to characters. Retention runs three years for account data after your last activity, 10 years for financial data and 30 days for logs.

What is chatting like?

Expect a wide cast that gets new faces daily, shy to bold. Each reply holds the character's voice, and pictures and clips show up in the thread. Voice replies are the strongest of the genre in our view, and Premium voice calls feel real.

What does Premium add to chat?

Unlimited messages and gifts, plus the Live Action experience, where interaction goes furthest. Free accounts are capped at five messages to characters. One annoyance: a shared video now and then stays locked without Premium.

What is the EverAI charge?

It is how Candy.ai appears on your card statement. EverAI Limited, in Malta, runs the service. We saw charges and renewals go as announced.

How do I cancel?

Use your account settings. Canceling was quick and free for us, and the Premium time and tokens stayed until the paid period ended. Steps and the 24 hour refund rule are in cancel Candy AI.

Where can I browse all series?

Open the CandyShorts series list, sorted by heat and price. The terms call the service entirely fictional, for entertainment purposes only.
