Room 742 is a five-episode CandyShorts series, with clips that stay under two minutes. Candy characters fill the cast, and the heat is Scorching.
Where episode 1 leaves you
After a morning of travel, the hero opens the door to his assigned room and finds a man inside. He phones the desk, which has no answer and no spare room. Stuck for the night, he decides to change clothes and tells the stranger not to be weird.
The episode builds quiet awkwardness from there, ending on the question of who is going to stand around and who is going to move first.
Episode 2 follows the synopsis: the man's wife knocks and is not surprised to see him. She chose him, and she wants to watch.
One location, three people and a lot of unspoken rules: the series feels like a short play.
The people in the room
The cast are Candy characters, and every one is an adult. If couples with secrets appeal to you, Newlywed Not Satisfied is next.

As with every series here, the story is told in clips short enough to finish on a phone. In our testing the chat side of the platform runs alongside, with characters who stay in role.
