A new street and a smiling landlord set up Courtney's Secret, five CandyShorts episodes that each stay under two minutes. Courtney Marlowe, a Candy character, takes the lead; the heat is Scorching, with the explicit scenes saved for the paid three.
Moving day
He arrives in a new city for a clean start. Almost at once he catches sight of Courtney, the wife of the man who owns his rental, and she catches him looking.
The landlord, Jamie, is warm about it. He joins the introduction, takes a box, and says that people on this street look after their own, especially newcomers. Courtney lends a hand with the unpacking and leaves him flustered, and he thanks them both a little too fast.
A narrator then tells you the tenant felt sorry for her, married to someone like Jamie, and had no idea he was the one who should worry. The clip ends on his alarmed reaction to something he has just found.
Episode 2 stays at premise level: a hidden playroom under the house suggests the whole block is in on it, and his welcome was a setup.
Meet the landlord's wife
Courtney Marlowe is a Candy character, and the whole street is adults. She is playful on the surface and in control underneath. The landlord plays the genial host, which makes the neighborhood harder to read.
